At LSF Design Engineering we employ a combination of engineering mentors (seasoned engineer) and interns to provide greater value to our customers. Under the direction of mentors, interns take on real-lifeengineering projects using the Lighter, Stronger, Faster (LSF) Design Method. Training is provided to quickly bring interns up to speed with the LSF Method. Also, as a part of their job function, interns make presentations to local high schools in an effort to encourage more students to go into engineering- and technology-oriented careers. This helps meet the LSF objective to increase technical competence in the United States. At LSF we have a win-win-win philosophy–the interns win, the customers win, and the LSF company wins.
